WHAT TO EXPECT:

BI-MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS - 6 TOTAL SESSIONS OVER 12 WEEKS
One session every other week

1 hour of Courtney’s undivided attention
FOUR follow up sessions
To keep you accountable and on track
15-minutes to 30-minutes of Courtney’s undivided attention
ONE wrap-up session
Summary of the last 12 weeks together with suggestions moving forward

Option to continue bi-monthly (2 sessions/month) after completion of the 12-week commitment

Every other week before each follow up session, Courtney will send you a short form to complete. The form includes a series of questions assessing how you are doing that helps Courtney push you forward and keep you accountable.
Note: If you do not complete the weekly check-in, you forfeit your follow-up note and further guidance from Courtney for that week.
You will receive 5 weekly check ins and 5 total follow up notes (assuming you complete all weekly check in forms and show up for all follow-up sessions).

Guided modules will be released in your Practice Better Client Portal on the weeks you do not meet with Courtney for a follow up session. These help you stay connected and engaged throughout the program, and they also help you explore concepts we have discussed in sessions on a deeper level.

You will have access to Courtney through the instant messaging service in the portal.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
If the response cannot be handled over instant messaging, Courtney will address your concerns at your next follow-up appointment.
HIPAA-Secure video chats
All sessions will be conducted through a HIPAA-secure video chat in the portal.
The video chat is connected to your appointment time
You can either access this chat on your smart phone or on a desktop computer.

Creating Balance is a monthly subscription nutrition service with a minimum 3-month commitment required at $180/month. To cancel, email courtneybuttsnutrition@gmail.com.
If you cancel your membership, you will lose ALL access to Creating Balance, Courtney’s support, and content.
