Courtney created Courtney Butts Nutrition (CBN) in December of 2021. Courtney is very passionate about educating others about food and nutrition. As a dietitian, it is her life’s mission to help bring balance in people’s lives regarding food and challenge individuals to be proactive with their health–mind, body, and spirit. Originally a small-town girl from Choudrant, Louisiana, Courtney currently resides in Haughton, Louisiana, with her husband, Paul, and their fur baby, Bo.
When she is not counseling patients through her one-on-one services with CBN, she works full-time at KTBS Channel 3 in Shreveport as a co-anchor, health reporter/media dietitian, and host of the Healthline 3 segments. To read more about her new day job, read this article.
